Compliance requirements for Private Company
Following are the annual compliances applicable on Private Limited Companies under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013:

Form MBP- 1 (Notice of interest by Directors) | In the first meeting of the Board of Directors of every financial year. |
Form DIR – 8 (Declaration of non-disqualification by the Directors) | Every Director of the company shall file with the company declaration of disqualification/ non-disqualification every year and before his appointment. |
Form MGT-7 (Filing of annual return of the company) | Within 60 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting. |
Form AOC-4 (Filing of financial statements) | Within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting. |
Form DPT-3 (Filing of return of deposit) | On or before 30th June, every year. |
Form DIR-3KYC / Web-KYC (KYC of Directors) | On or before 30th September. every year. |
Form MSME-1 (For delay in payment to MSME vendors beyond 45 days) | For the period “April to September” – Due date is 30th October of the year. For the period “October to March” – Due date is 30th April of the year. |
Maintenance of Statutory Registers and Records | Apart from the filing of various forms under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, companies are required to maintain statutory registers and records such as Register of Members, Register of Director & KMP, Register of Loans & investments, Board Report and Minutes of Meetings. |
